Shipping & Returns - Glow Specialist
All orders placed and paid before 17.00 are shipped the same day by us. (Except holidays)
Our carriers are doing their best to deliver the packages in the Netherlands within 1 business day after we have offered them. However, they do not guarantee this. Transporters and Glow Specialist are not liable for delays in delivery.
Would you like to send your package to foreign countries (E.U.), you should note with a slightly longer delivery period of 1 to 3 days.

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Keep this email properly. With this e-mail, you can at any time the status of your order request on the following link in your email. Click here for the status of your order, we will keep you informed of your payment and shipping status. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a new e-mail with Track & Trace code.
Returns and Refunds
Should you eventually abandon the order, you can return it within two weeks to us. You must announce this in advance with our customer service and follow our instructions. (We apply the statutory approval period for retailers of 14 days). You can use the return form which is in / receive your package. You can also download the retourformulier here.
The undamaged product willingly - if possible - return in original packaging. Sent capitalized or used glow sticks can not be returned See our General Conditions). The shipment back to us is at your expense and risk, repack the products properly.
The postage for the return shipment is at your costs.
Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to your account.
If you have chosen an express service we will reimburse up to standard shipping.
Cash on delivery
We do not send packages COD.
Unfortunately, there has been in recent years often abuse / fraud in this shipping option, so we have decided not to send more cash on delivery packages.
Pickup in our warehouse
You are welcome in our showroom at the Platinaweg 2 at The Hague on business days (Monday / Friday) from 9.30 am to 17.30 pm.
We recommend that you call before your arrival. We have everything in stock. You can pay cash or by debit card. Our adress The Hague, Platinaweg 2.
