Glow padel, also known as blacklight padel, is becoming increasingly popular. With our complete rental packages, you can easily and affordably organize your own Glow Padel tournament. Each package includes everything you need to transform one or more padel courts into a spectacular glow-in-the-dark experience. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, no technical setup required.

- Neon tape (2 rolls 50 mm x 50 m) for court lines and cage
- Neon tape (1 roll 19 mm x 25 m) for net top, cage and rackets
- Neon yarn (150 m) for the net

Deposit: €100 per court.

How Does Glow Padel Work?
Glow padel is played in the dark on a court illuminated by blacklights (UV lights). The lines, cage, ball, players, net and rackets glow brightly in neon colors. It’s not a traditional match, but a fun, energetic and unforgettable experience for all ages.
Setup is simple: place the UV lights on the stands, mark the court and cage with neon tape, and stretch neon yarn across the net. We’ll explain everything clearly when you pick up the equipment. No technical skills required.
Pickup, Cancellation & Outdoor Use
Rental packages can be collected at Glow Specialist in Ommen. If you’ve booked for outdoor use and the weather forecast looks poor, you can cancel or reschedule free of charge. Please indicate whether your courts are indoor or outdoor so we can provide the right lamps.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I really need UV lights?
Yes. Glow-in-the-dark products alone won’t create the desired effect. UV lighting is essential to make tape, clothing and accessories glow brightly. You can combine glow-in-the-dark items with UV, but only if UV lighting is present.
Will everything fit in my car?
In most cars, yes. We’ll help you load and can advise based on your car type. Just call or email us if you’re unsure.
I only have one or two power outlets, is that enough?
Yes. The included extension cables are long, and the lamps use little power. Multiple lamps can run on one circuit safely.
Is setup complicated?
No. We’ll explain everything when you collect the package. No technical experience required.
Do you deliver on location?
We don’t deliver, but our rental prices are very competitive. The drive to Ommen is worth it!
Can I pick up Thursday and return Tuesday?
Often possible, depending on availability. We’re flexible and happy to help.
Can I cancel due to bad weather?
Yes, free cancellation or rescheduling is possible for outdoor bookings.
Do the lamps need to be moved indoors when it rains?
If you specify outdoor use, we’ll provide weatherproof lamps that can stay outside.
How long does setup and cleanup take?
With two people, setup takes about one hour per court. Cleanup is faster.
Why do you use wide tape?
Wide neon tape stands out more and matches the court line width. The UV effect is stronger and looks more professional. Narrow tape is best for rackets and details.
How can I enhance the neon effect?
Have players wear neon clothing and use UV accessories like glow bracelets, glasses and UV face paint. It makes the experience even more vibrant.
Can I use the same tape outdoors?
Yes. On artificial grass or gravel, it sticks slightly less well; you can secure corners with small nails. Clean the surface first for best results.
Do I need special balls?
Most new, clean neon padel or tennis balls glow perfectly under UV light. Special balls are usually not needed.
Can I buy the package instead of renting?
If you plan to organize Glow Padel regularly, you can purchase a Glow Sports package and expand it with extra UV LED bars and accessories.
