All orders placed and paid before 16.00 are shipped the same day by us. (Except holidays)
Our carriers are doing their best to deliver the packages in the Netherlands within 1 business day after we have offered them. However, they do not guarantee this. Transporters and Glow Specialist are not liable for delays in delivery. (We deliver monday to friday, excluding Saturdays).
Would you like to send your package to foreign countries (E.U.), you should note with a slightly longer delivery period of 1 to 3 days.

Flex Delivery (Netherlands)
It may happen that you are not at home on the day we want to deliver your package. Therefore, we will send you on the day of sending an e-mail. It is possible to specify by 23:59 or you want to deliver your package on another date or example to your neighbors. When you are not using one of these options and you are not at home at delivery; no problem. You receive a "message not home." She gives the information that you need to have your package delivered again or to pick up your package yourself at one of the 400 parcel shops in your area. We hold the package for 5 days free of charge for you. in the Netherlands.)
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Keep this email properly. With this e-mail, you can at any time the status of your order request on the following link in your email. Click here for the status of your order, we will keep you informed of your payment and shipping status. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a new e-mail with Track & Trace code.
Returns and Refunds
Please call us or send an email with your order number, so we know that you want to use your right to return. After notifing us you will then have 14 days to return the goods at your expense to us.
We will refund the purchase price once the goods (within 14 days of your notice) have been received.
If you return the entire order we will also refund the shipping costs you paid to us to deliver the products to you. With a partial return we do not.
It goes without saying that the goods need to be well packed, unused and if possible should be sent in original packaging. The back of the packing slip you received is the return form please complete this return form and enclose with the return. If you have questions feel free to call or email.
The postage for the return shipment is since june 2017 at our costs.
Once we have received your return or you have proven it's send back, we will refund the purchase price and return shipment costs within 14 days to your account from with you payed us. Counted from the day you announced your return.
If you have chosen an express service we will reimburse up to standard shipping.
Cash on delivery
We do not send packages COD.
Unfortunately, there has been in recent years often abuse / fraud in this shipping option, so we have decided not to send more cash on delivery packages.
Pickup in our warehouse
You are welcome in our showroom at the Platinaweg 2 at The Hague on business days (Monday / Friday) from 9.30 am to 17.30 pm.
