Orders placed on business days before 16:45 are shipped the same day.

Shipping within the Netherlands

• Delivery usually within 1 business day (not guaranteed)
• No shipping on public holidays

Shipping within the EU

Due to regulations, we do not ship products containing batteries to private customers outside the Netherlands.

• Private customers: only products without batteries
• Business customers: full assortment available with a valid VAT number
• Pickup in Ommen is always possible

Order Status

• You will receive an order confirmation by email
• You can track your order status via the link in the email
• Once shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code

Returns

You have 14 days to register your return and another 14 days to send the product back.

Return Procedure

1. Register your return by phone via +31 (0)529 711001.
2. Complete the return form and include it in the package.
3. Send the parcel sufficiently stamped to:

   The Netherlands

Please note: return shipping costs to us are always at your own expense.

Return Conditions

• Product must be undamaged, complete and preferably in original packaging
• Securely packed; return shipment is at your own risk
• Return form included
• No custom-made or used products

Refunds

• Partial return: refund of the purchase amount excluding shipping costs
• Full return: refund of the purchase amount including standard shipping costs
• Additional shipping options are not fully reimbursed
• Refund via the same payment method + credit invoice by email
