Our complete rental packages include everything you need to transform one or more volleyball courts into a spectacular glow‑in‑the‑dark experience. Suitable for indoor and beach volleyball. Setup is simple, and we explain everything when you pick up the equipment.
What’s Included in the Glow Volleyball Rental Package?
- Professional LED UV lights
- Tripod stands
- Extension cables
- Neon tape (2 rolls 50 mm x 50 m) for court lines and top of the net
- Neon tape (1 roll 19 mm x 25 m) for poles and bottom of the net
- Neon yarn (150 m) for the net (for extra visibility)
Tape and yarn are yours to keep.

Price per day (24 hours). Weekend = 1 day (Friday pickup, Monday return). Prices include VAT.
Deposit: €100 per court.
Pickup location: Glow Specialist, Balkerweg 22E, Ommen (Mon–Fri 09:30–17:30).
How Does Glow Volleyball Work?
Glow Volleyball is played in the dark, with the court, net, ball and players glowing under UV lights. Neon tape marks the lines and net, creating a spectacular visual effect. It’s fun for all ages and perfect for sports clubs, schools, corporate events and tournaments.
Suitable for Indoor and Beach Volleyball
Glow Volleyball also works great on sand. Add a little sand on the tape in the corners to keep it in place. You’ll usually have tape left over, which you can use for extra decoration.
Free Cancellation for Bad Weather
If you’ve booked for outdoor use and the weather forecast is poor, you may cancel or reschedule free of charge.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I really need UV lights?
Yes. Glow‑in‑the‑dark products alone are not bright enough. UV lighting is essential for a strong neon effect.
Will everything fit in my car?
In most cars, yes. If you’re unsure, call or email us with your car model and we’ll advise you.
I only have one or two power outlets. Is that enough?
Yes. The lamps use very little power and the extension cables help you reach far.
Is setup difficult?
No. We explain everything when you pick up the equipment. No technical skills required.
Do you deliver?
No, but our competitive rental prices make pickup worthwhile.
Can I pick up on Thursday and return on Tuesday?
Usually possible with prior agreement. We are flexible.
Do I need to bring the lamps inside when it rains?
No. For outdoor use we provide weatherproof lamps.
How long does setup take?
With two people, about one hour per court. Cleanup is faster.
Why do you provide wide tape?
Wide tape is much more visible and gives the best UV effect. Narrow tape is less effective.
How can I enhance the neon effect?
Ask players to wear neon clothing and use UV accessories such as face paint, glow bracelets and glasses.
Can I use the same tape outdoors?
Yes. On sand, add a little sand on the corners to keep it in place.
Do I need a special volleyball?
Neon volleyballs glow well. You can also apply neon tape to a regular ball.
Can I buy the package instead of renting?
