This neon UV fabric paint gives a very striking, neon effect in regular daylight. Instructions
The fabric paint is ready for use, you don't need any water. Apply the paint directly from the bottle and let it dry for 24 hours. No ironing needed. Washable (inside out) after 72 hours.
Not suitable for children under 3 years.
