Brightly colored rubber bands that are (partly) UV-reactive
Thin elastics in Neon colors.
The sachet contains a mix of colors: blue, green, pink, yellow, green and purple. The rubber bands are bright in color and the pink and orange also light up in black light.
You can use the rubber bands on your hair, to tie something up or just to play with.
