It is a package that you partly have to assemble yourself. With the glow sticks from the tube of glow bracelets and the frames you can easily make the glasses and the diadem. With the other sticks you make the well-known luminous bracelets (or necklaces). Put them together just before your party for the best and longest lasting effect.
The foam sticks and LED leis operate on batteries (included) and can be turned on and off.
