What You Still Need to Do

Lightspeed requires each product to be marked as eligible for withdrawal. You can update this in two ways:

• Manually enable the “Withdrawal allowed” checkbox per product;
• Or update all products at once using an export → edit → import workflow.

Once products are correctly flagged, the withdrawal button works automatically with Lightspeed’s new withdrawal feature.
