Blacklight or glow-in-the-dark volleyball
This volleyball is a fun and unique twist on traditional volleyball. In a dark sports hall or gym, the game is played under UV light, making only white and fluorescent materials glow. This creates a spectacular glow effect.
Court lines can be taped with fluorescent neon tape so they glow under blacklight. The volleyball net can also be decorated with neon tape, glow bracelets or breaklights. Players can make themselves visible with glow bracelets, UV laces, white or fluorescent clothing, and UV face paint, nail polish or hair spray.
The more fluorescent materials used, the stronger the effect. The room should be completely dark: no daylight and minimal regular lighting. Windows can be covered with black plastic if needed.
