Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order. A simple email or phone call with your order number and the products you wish to return is sufficient. If you prefer personal assistance, calling us is often the easiest option.

• Product undamaged, complete and preferably in original packaging
• Properly packed; shipping is at your own risk
• No custom-made or used products

Refunds

• Partial return: refund of the product price excluding shipping costs
• Full return: refund including standard shipping costs
• Additional shipping options are not fully reimbursed
• Refund via the same payment method + credit invoice by email
